If this fails then we simply do not use them again, after all the customer experience is where the equality is at, some of our destinations are in countries where the law is somewhat challenging, we use the up to date travel advise form the government in respect to all destinations we use, equally we will have our own story’s from people from the LGBTQ+ community, so you can have your own pre judgment before booking. In most cases, we only need to take a deposit from you to confirm your booking with the full balance not due until ten weeks before travel. Unlike when you book a trip online and are expected to pay the full amount up front, we can confirm your trip with a deposit. We can also often hold long haul flights at no extra charge ensuring you secure the best flight prices. If booking in Europe and we would mostly, due to the market, use a low-cost carrier, then this will show in you deposit being greater due to the full cost of your flight would need to be adhered to and will determine your deposit cost sometimes, being greater. Please be aware Low-cost airlines cost, are also non-refundable upon purchase. This is beyond our control.

Once choosing a destination, after speaking with one of our Travel Butlers, who our specialists for tailor-Made travel, will create a perfect itinerary based around your requirements, not only this but our travel butlers have expertise and knowledge of the destination and we also have mostly first-hand experience from the time they have spent in these destinations. Take these itineraries as a guide for inspiration; however, they are really just a starting point as all our holidays are tailor-made. Your dedicated Travel Butler then create your personalised holiday itinerary.
They do all the hard work and design a trip around you. They will prepare and send you a personalised holiday itinerary, based on the conventions they had with you, respecting your requirements and budget – They will send this via email. This will include full descriptions of the destinations, properties and experiences that we think are right for you; along with photos and maps plus any flight details. This is where our insider knowledge really shines as we introduce you to hidden gems known only to a select few. All this with the valuable LGBTQ+ at its core.
Tweak, refine & book.
Together with your Travel Butler we will tweak and refine your perfect holiday until you are 100% happy with it. After all its your holiday and your experience, we want all our customers happy ones, as well as being your chosen dedicated Travel Agents time and time again. When you’re ready to book, we will ask for a deposit and then get everything booked up for you. The final balance will be due 10 weeks before your holiday.
Get excited, and get packing!
Two to three weeks before you travel, your dedicated Travel Butler we’ll send your travel pack with your final itinerary, a guidebook information, luggage labels, 24h assist emergency telephone numbers and useful destination and travel information. We are always on hand to answer any last minute questions and do keep an eye out for ‘before you go emails’ full of lots of useful advice, good holiday reads and photography tips. But your travel butler will also make contact before you leave, incase you forget, all you need to do is get packing and go and have fun!
When you return
When you return, your dedicated Travel Butler will contact you, why, we want to hear about the amazing experience you had, as well as making sure we have happy customers. Equally as we are a dedicated LGBTQ+ Travel Agency we value your feedback from destination and hotel you stayed in. Why you may ask? We appreciate your feedback as this is key to our progress. When if comes to LGBTQ+ friendly hotels, they have all agreed to an equality agreement, but customers experience is vital in this process for the value of your portfolio. Your feedback is important, and we want to share this with the next customers to visit. Collecting data for this will make sure that for the future bookings for destinations and hotels from our portfolio is perfect for our customers and innkeeping for the evolutions of our portfolio of LGBTQ+ friendly Hotels around the world.
Rest assured that all our holidays are 100% financially protected. Our TTA bond protects holidays booked in the UK with flights. All Holidays with Flights will be ATOL protected & a certificate will be produced upon booking. Protection means that in the unlikely event that we become insolvent; your holiday will still continue or refunded or you will be repatriated if already travelling or have flights with us.

The ultimate Luxury Hotels, Resorts & Villas, all with a grade of 5 Star or above, the WOW factor, based on customer feedback
Luxury Hotels, Resorts & Villas all graded at 5 star, occasionally a Very good 4 star may come in to Gold due to Customers feedback
High standard graded 4 star Hotel,Resort or Villa, occasionaly a 3 star may come into the Silver, due to customer feedback.
A high standard 3 Star, we dont have many, but some customers have requested a good 3 star in some locations
The beOUTbeFREE rating is our own judgment rating, which is part achieved by customers feedback and our of perception of the hotel, resort or villa. Although we follow the hotels official rating, that has been awarded, some times a hotel is outstanding and we want to scream and shout about it, this in turn moves the hotel in the the higher category.
We at beOUTbeFREE mostly use 4 star and above hotels in each destination, occasionally we get requested a 3 star by our customers, due to an isolated locations or a convenient location within the destination.
